To determine if you would be a good candidate for the iHelp programs, read over some of the frequently asked questions below.

How can I participate if I don’t have internet at home?

You can access the programs anywhere there is access to the internet, including libraries or any of the workstations established in Sandy affected communities. Please see list in Resources section.

What if I don’t have insurance?

iHelp: Sandy Stress Relief is specially designed to help people who do not have insurance and would like access to effective treatment.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Please call 1 (866) 793-2765, chat or text iHELP (44357), and a counselor will assist you.

Does my password expire?

Your password is valid for six months.

How do I log in to iHelp for the first time?

Go to the iHelp Microsite to enroll yourself

Click enroll and you’ll be redirected to iHelpcbt.com

From the Get Started Now menu, click on the condition you would like to work on (Depression/Addiction/Sleep/Anxiety/OCD) – a popup window should appear

Complete the Account Sign Up form (NOTE: for security reasons please note you will be prompted to reset your password the first time you log on)

You’ll get an email with username and password (write this down and keep safe).

Letter case matters so be sure to remember which letters are in upper or lower case.

Return to iHelpcbt.com and begin your program

Click the program name (e.g. “RESTORE” or “MoodCalmer”)

Click the “Already Using… Log in to My Account” button

Enter the username and password you just created

(REMINDER: for security reasons please note you will be prompted to reset your password the first time you log on)

How do I log back in to my iHelp program?

Return to iHelpcbt.com and begin your program

Click the program name (e.g. “RESTORE” or “MoodCalmer”)

Click the “Already Using… Log in to My Account” button

Enter the username and password you made after your first login
